BIG pool match in Abingdon

On Saturday the 24th November the EPA England under 21's team will be playing against the England Ladies team in a "friendly" match at the Midget Public House, Preston Road starting at approximately 12 noon. Anyone is welcome to come and watch.
Then in the evening the locals and any spectators will get the chance to play against them.
The pub has 3 pool tables so plenty of chances for a few games.
After we are going to Strattons night club in the town centre.
Then on Sunday morning some of the Oxford county ladies will be competing against them.
I can assure you it'll be a fun time so do come along and support it.

Is the usual beer challenge going on the last time I took 3 wins and 3 beers for a quid each not bad before they said no more.........

Anyone's welcome to take on the Ladies in the evening. Unfortunately the England U21s aren't coming now so I have to try to get a regional team to play them in the day but come along too if you want and either watch/play depending on how many I can get.

Beefy did have his usual run of luck last time but you know what they say - "luck evens itself out eventually!" biggrin
