END of the Pubs & Clubs as we know it ?.

One For The Road      After so many changes (demolished/redeveloped, closed down change of use etc) over the last few years especially this last 18 months am I the only one that thinks that it the end of the pub/club trade as we have known it ?. End Of Life


What have YOU noticed other than fewer sites.


      Me ............ I If I Remember Correctly remember when if you wanted a game of POOL that you had to be at the pub/club for when it opened, just to get your name on the old blackboard or money on the table first, otherwise within say 10-15 minutes you could have as many as 10 names in front of you, and now look at it!!Where Are You

i think so, one example is the magdalen arms, when my mum was assistant manager there they had about 6-7 tables now its more of a resteraunt.
