Accommodation is available and included in the price for Thursday 4th through to and including Sunday 7th March.
Accommodation is in Caravans (8 Berth or 6 Berth). The minimum number of people to a van is 5 for an 8 Berth and 4 for a 6 Berth. A van can be occupied with less than the minimum number of people but a £25 surcharge is added per person short of the minimum number.
Cost: £50 (inc Accommodation, entry etc) per person.
To book a van either use the form found at the link below or contact me (John Kinsey) on 07880 723844.
Monies need to reach either Keith Hollis or Myself no later than 14th Feb 2010. The county singles championships at Rileys are that day and I will certainly be there.
Currently, the following Oxfordshire teams are definitely going:
Oxford Mens B & C Oxford Ladies A Oxford Youth A & B Oxford Over 40's A & B
Dogs/Pets are allowed on site and are not as far as i know charged.
Team play starts Friday Morning. There are flyers and other pool events open to everyone on the Thursday Night ... as well as other nights too.
Any questions please call me on 07880 723844

Oxford Mens B & C Oxford Ladies A Oxford Youth A & B Oxford Over 40's A & B Update: DEFENDING NATIONAL CHAMPIONS Oxfordshire Seniors "A" all booked and paid for. But I have concerns about the Seniors "B" team going as they used 7 players throughout the season, and both Julian Wood (Captain) and Andy Schweitzer are unavailable, so even if all the remaining (5) players (I have been unable to contact any of them so far) can make it, they only have the minimum about of players.

Latest:
Oxfordshire Seniors/Over 40's "B" Team will NOT be represented at this years Finals.
Gary Cozier has joined the two above players as being unavailable for those dates, so with only Tony Durham and Dave Furze confirmed as going, they would only have 4 players with Colin Hooper and Rob Walker, so sad to say its a NO GO for this year.

Anyone who is over 40 can play at the moment as far as I'm aware. The only people over 40 that can't play for the O40 B are those O40 A players that played over 50% of their matches in the A side.
I can't see a reason Mr Cider couldn't play .... or for that fact (for example) Tim crysell or any other Over 40 going who who might fancy some frames!!
Oxford O40 B have an invitation to take part ... it would be a shame not to take advantage!!

Tony Durham, Roger Goodall and myself are up for it! Just need to hear an affirmative from at least 2 of Dave Furze, Rob Walker and Colin Hooper now...
Tony Durham, Roger Goodall, Dave Furze and myself are up for it, After speaking to Tony, he said that Rob was very keen too. Malc has told me that Colin & Tim are down Selsey anyway for management of Youth events... Can people confirm this?
