Tuesday 16th November
at THE GEORGE
at 8pm

Please accept my apologies for the change in date, but in order to host the Team KO final at the Demos, the date needed to be moved earlier. This had had a knock on impact on both the mixed doubles and scotch doubles finals date. I will text all comp finalists to ensure venue and date of final is known

A very close game... Kev set the tone by potting the black early in the first frame, and I threw a frame away too, but strong potting from Stuart kept them in the race, and then in the deciding frame Justine took us by surprise, taking out a clearance of their last two reds and landed straight on the black!!! Missing potting the black by literally a millimetre, Kev and I then finally limped over the line - a very entertaining match, and one I'm not sure we deserved to win!

Lets hope we play better in the final anyhoo!

Well done Tom & Shelly.  You both played really well... shelly successfully pinching a couple of frames when kev and I messed up, and tom dishing off each of Kev & my break too. Well played guys - thoroughly deserved biggrin

Darn Miss Carrie and her vodka jellies!!!

I can remember very little of the latter part of the evening. But I fear I may have kicked boinky out of our taxi in cowley and made him walk back to rosehill. I really hope I didn't do that... if I did, I'm really sorry Boinky.
