FORUM CLOSING ON 14th JANUARY

The England B1 Ladies team won the european championship this weekend in Rhyl!!!

Oxfordshire was represented with no less than 3 players in the 9 strong ladies team.  Congratulations to my teammates Nicki and Verity on their first international title!

After sailing through the group undefeated, we beat Wales in the semi and played Scotland in the final. The final was a real thriller - it went right down to the wire 11-10, England needing 3 out of the last 4 matches for the win, and managing to get them!!

Also Adam Brown did well with the England Mens B2, getting to the semi with the team, and absolutely spanking all the competition in the 4man speedpool event. Browny was ridiculously quick!!!
