That's just typical. Someone told me yesterday at our Abingdon singles k/o that they needed a new ferrule put on but I can't remember who. confuse

Picking up the first batch of cue alterations between Tuesday and Thursday of next week, (weather permitting) so if anybody does NOT need their cue over the Christmas period and would like some work done, please contact me before 11am next Tuesday 21^st December.

Just an update that since last December it's been busy busy and I am now collecting and dropping off cues once a week, so just ring or pm me if you need anything done.

Had a new ferrell and tip put on by Malcolm friend and he's done a smashing job!

I know who he is and I also was impressed with the referral job although the tip came off at nationals - partly cause I was playing on those tables in the arcade and trying a silly screw, reverse side, top spin reverse - something like that and ended up played a beautiful 9 iron shot on to the other table.

If it's that important the chaps name is Stuart Giles, he used to do these alterations/repairs when he started his bike business up some 30 years ago from his shop, (he stopped when it took off) but now that is closed so he would rather people go through me (so that I can make loads of money too ) as I visit him on a regular basis, (once a week) so it is a 7-10 day turnaround, hope this info clears a few things up.

Just to say that I am still doing weekly visits to this guy, and the turnaround is within the week now.

So with the pool leagues slowly easing off, maybe the summer is the best time to get your cue repaired/altered?.
