This Sunday is the first event of the 2012/13 county season!

For all existing players and our new successful trialists, it's the squad day this Sunday - 1st April. Please make every effort to attend, at least for part of the day.

Be at Crown House by 12pm.

We will start with the trophy presentation for the 2011/12 season, and then will be handing out the players handbook, collecting everyones £15 annual subs, organising T-shirts, confirming contact details, notifying you of fixtures and then Playing some Pool!

We will be holding the usual Blackball 5s competition, which is where squad players (youth, mens ladies, seniors) are all mixed up and put on random teams to then play against the rest of the squad during the day. Its a great event and a brilliant chance to introduce our newbies to the county set up. 

Wearing county kit is not essential, but you can if you like smile

Hey, thanks to everyone who came to squad day yesterday, we had about 50 people playing in the tournament so it was a really good day smile

We played the usual blackball fives competition, and the winning team was

Andy Moss
Altaf Ali
Matty Woodley
Mark Cooper
Emma Penny-Larter/Scooby

And the best player on the day was one of our new seniors players Tim Hampden. Tim didn't drop a frame all day! Well played Tim

The winning team and best player trophies will be available in due course. Sorry we didn't have them there on the day.
