This year's annual speedpool event will take place at the Crown House at 8pm on Monday 17th December

A pool team will form a team of 3 people who will take part in the speedpool relay - choose from any players who have played 2 or more frames for the same team.
Pool team's may enter more than one 3-person team.
Entry £6 per team - £45 prize fund

There will also be an individual timed speedpool event which anyone who has played in the league this year may enter.
£1 per go - £30 prize fund

Splendid.  I'll be there - hopefully we'll be able to get a couple of teams to enter from our players.

Hope everyone who turned up last night had fun!?

Results from the speed pool were:

Team Winners:  Democrats (Nicki, Stoppa and myself)

Team Runners-up: Cricketer's Arms

Fastest individual time:  Adam Brown - 52 seconds

Second fastest time: Stoppa - 53 seconds

Fastest ladies time:  Jaz Venning - 94 seconds

Second fastest ladies time: Katie Challen - 104 seconds

 

Well done to Browny and Jaz for retaining their individual crowns, with Browny knocking a second off of the best time we've recorded since the tournament began three years ago.
