Ready for some pre-Christmas merriment??  On the fixture list that this year our annual speedpool night has now been replaced with a Scotch Doubles evening on Monday 16th December. This year the scotch event will be held at Rileys pool & snooker club

We received enquiries from players regarding having a doubles event in this new format - so we are trialling it in the one-evening format this year. All rounds up to and including the semi will be played on the night if time permits. For those that are unaware this is where a pair play together taking a shot each as opposed to a visit each. i.e. if player 1 pots a ball, player two then comes to the table to take the next shot, then player 1 takes the next shot, and so on and so forth.

Entries will simply be taken on the night, and anyone who has played 1 league game in the current Monday season will be eligible to enter. You may pair up with any eligible player regardless of which team they play for. Entry will be £2 per person (£4 per pair).

It is also our intention to hold a £1 a go 15-1 table (how many balls can you pot from the break before missing) and a £1 a go speedpool table for best individual time.
