Colours Pool Club had 4 teams in the Premier Division in the Oxford Thursday Night League, you seem to be implying that they may manufacture results so that one of them wins the league. In my experience the rivalry is even more intense in these situations.

Yeh but Colours is solely a pool club and has loads of tables, so when it comes to singles etc you can spread over tables, Witney s c only has 2 pool tables and only which is much good. I don't think they would manufacture results though, no because 2 of the teams there have come from other places, ie Que's and Plough Pub but i think at least one of those teams should have gone in division 2, oh well.

is Jim still at colours do you know?

Well the rower decided not to play the beehive at the end of the season due to not having enough players so i think they rang the beehive and told them they wouldn't be able to make, like ques had done to the rowing machine (league organiser played for ques at the time) but the league organiser said it had to be played or be banned from the league?? i think that was how it was anyway, maybe someone can get the facts exactly?? not 100% sure but know it was something like that.

The league organisers brother played for beehive and it was said by a couple of people that the reason the league organiser said it had to be played was because her brother was on that team and it would have helped them win the league, although they wouldn't have won it anyway due to snooker club winning it. But you know what chit chat is like i have probably got this completey wrong but hopefully someone will make the story clear.
