Well, in Oxford itself there are two pool clubs both run by Riley's, Colours is in the town centre in an area called St. Ebbes, and Riley's itself is at the top end of the Cowley Road. Outside of Oxford there is the Oracle Snooker Club in Abingdon and the Red Lion in Kidlington, all of which have several tables.

Both Rileys and Colours are members clubs.

There is an additional small friendly non-membership pool club on Crown Street just off the cowley road near tescos called A1 Pool Club

This is open Mon-Sun evenings from 6.30 (excluding Wed) and with free pool from 3-6pm on Sun.

There are 4 tables, and the locals tend to play winner stays on, though there's often at least one free table as well, so if you don't have a practice partner this might be ideal.

Thats an interesting statement seeing as the Monday team has gone and by your own comments the flow of new players into there is also drying up...
