Oxford has some new England Players!!! 
It's all about Oxford world domination...


The men's and ladies trials for England were held this weekend. Verity Anton, Nicki Hoskins & Steph Meidinger were all trialling for the ladies.  Marcus Guise, Nick Mansell, Jamey Street, Kev McIlroy and John Kinsey were trialling for the men.


John Kinsey qualified for the England team for the coming year.  John put in a storming performance winning 6 out of 7 matches to be second man through to clinch a spot on the mens team.  Amongst players of the highest standard, this was indeed a fantastic achievement.

Jamey, Kev and Marcus came extremely close, only losing out at the very last stage.

For the ladies Nicki Hoskins also qualified comfortably, swiftly followed by Steph Meidinger who survived three final eliminators to get in!  Commiserations to Verity, who also only missed out at the last stage.

CONGRATULATIONS!



These players join Jaz Venning & Shelley White (ladies), Jamie Saczak (youth), and Malcom Lewis (seniors) in representing their country for the coming season.


Dates for the Europeans are Sept 28th - Oct 4th so good luck to everyone going!
