You should have had a letter Chris? Also a few e-mails, but the e-mail address you put on the registration form kept getting returned to me as undeliverable. Come down Colours for 1.30pm on Bank Holiday Monday (we are holding youth trials) and give me/marcus/kevin your £15 (£5 registration, £10 for the shirt) and you'll be in the squad. Also, reply with your e-mail address so I have it for the future. Cheers mate, Ash
Why is that the Sunday and Monday Oxford League tables have been updated along with the Abingdon League, yet the Thursday night league tables and most wins have still to be updated even though the leaugue finished two weeks ago? The fixtures secretary must have all the results and cards through by now! Whats the hold up this time? Shocking! I hope it will be run more efficiently next season with regular updates after each week of matches-here's hoping.
Secretary Ming said he'd have the final Thursday tables for me 'within a couple of days' over a week ago. Nothing as yet though, Ming?
Once again, whenever I get stuff through from any of the local leagues featured on the site, it usually goes on within 1-3 days. If your league has not been updated, then it's because I have not received anything to update.
Obviously it is good to see the forum becoming more popular by the day, but.... I was talking with Malcolm last night and he sugested that there should be some form of message board on here. Threads which are set up for certain purposes go completely off track because people start having a conversation which has nothing to do with the original topic..... This way, instead of having 4 pages of threads which start to repeat themselves after a while there would be a conversation/message board thread (maybe a sticky) for general chat and other threads alocated to cetain topics that can be discussed on them and them alone. It would take a bit of sorting but I am sure there must be a way.... A Message board is the way forward.... Thoughts?

Well done for mentioning that, and if Ash could set that up ASAP, then I think the treads would be MORE interesting and direct, as like you said, it would concentrate on what it was originally started for.

They think it's all over - IT IS NOW(Kenneth "LUCKY" Wolstenhome)
Website updated at 22:30 on Wednesday 26th May 2004.
Lots updated (it took me 5 hours!!!) including: County rankings and match report after Berkshire match, Monday league final tables/most wins and review of season, Tuesday league results and tables updated, Sunday Abingdon league tables updates.
In addition there are updated results and draws for the Knockout Competitions of all the local leagues.
Keith, 'views' is just the number of people that have looked at any particular thread..... apart from the number there is nothing to see. If they decide to contribute to the thread by adding some sort of verbose mutterings then that is their decision and shall be logged on the 'replies' column. Quite simple really.

Sorry, General - I forgot to change the line spacing on the tables which makes them overlap. Will be sorted for next update. Never got the final results from Kevin and as the Thursday Summer league will soon be replacing it, there seems little point chasing it up... the league tables tell the story.
