Final standings from Section Two:

1. Rhys Freemire
2. Nick Mansell
3. Jamie Saczak
4. Graham Hornblow.

It finished incredibly close with 2nd to 5th all on 8 wins out of 11.  Unfortunately for Andrew Gee his frame difference left him in 5th place.

The Play Off draw is:

1, Andrew Gee v Nicki Kinsey
2. Ben Scott v Craig Coles
3. Shaun Taylor v Julian Wood
4. Paul Carter v John Williams

My attempts to get these eight available for a weekend have failed so please can you make every attempt to get these matches played as soon as possible.

Maybe we can arrange the Semis and Final on the same evening once the quarter finals are played.

Play Off matches are best of 11.

Well done to all in Section Two for being the first to complete all their fixtures (only 13 days late!).  Presentation of cheques etc will wait though until the other two sections are complete, although I'm not going to wait for the Play Offs to finish before arranging a presentation evening.

In all fairness, 13 days late from a 365 day season isnt bad going wink

Dont you have to wait until the play-offs are complete before doing presentation evening because the winner gets money?

Anwyays that was a quality season, I have thoroughly enjoyed pitting my wits against some good friends and people who i dont often get the chance to play in a best of 19. If only every tourny was more longer...best of 11...13..etc...

Yes winners of the Play Offs do get money, but those who have finished in top four are probably quite keen to receive their prize money and as the Play Offs will probably take a few weeks to be completed I'm happy to get on with it.

COLZY & TOM

Benny has been trying to get hold of Colzy to sort their play off but has received no response.

The number that is up on the singles league website is "out of use" when we ring it (Not paid your bills again Colzy?)

Benny has also PM'd and posted on the forum to ask to arrange it.

We are going on holiday on Saturday morning and so if its not played before then Benny wont be able to play it til Feb 7th. 

Benny is keen to play but cannot see any other way of getting hold of him.

Tom what do you suggest he does?
