Yes it's that time of year again when I have to crack on with some research for my summer exams. I'm only really looking for football fans and their views and opinions. So please spare a couple of minutes guys! smile

I am researching into Sport and the Media and would like  to colect some data on topics such as terrestrial and pay-tv football. Please fill out this questionnaire as accurately as you can.

And occasionally odd random FA cup games from earlier in the season.

Why? ...Because I want to watch all the sports, especially footbal, but we can't afford it.

Why? ...It would be a shame to have less fans at the matches themselves.  But as for the matches which are televised, but only on Sky, well I think its disgusting they are stopping ordinary people without sky from enjoying the sport.  All but the 3pm games should be on normal television.   I don't care that it means the amount of money in football will go down.  They're all overpaid as it is anyway.

If yes, what is it in this advert that attracts you? ...Well it is a nice looking advert, but unlikely to persuade me on its own.....Having enough money to afford it would be the key factor in me getting sky sports..................................................................................................

Benefits ...I suppose the qualities better - some of the early round FA cup footie was terrible quality - rain on the camera lense which wasn't wiped for the duration of the match!!!

Advantages ...See above......................................

Disadvantages Never getting to watch any big boxing fights!  Having to go to the pub if you want to see a key football match - and then realising they've got the other match on instead!!

Has football improved since pay-to-view? It depends on what you see as improved, the quality is a lot better but nowadays its more focused on money than it is football.
