Due to the onging problems the OCPF site has suffered I have decided to change the hosting that serves the site.

I am afraid this can take up to 48 hours to do so the OCPF site may not be up at all in that time.

Sorry for any inconveniance this causes but hopefully this will solve the page cannot be dispayed refresh problem that I have been trying to solve for ages. Having eliminated every other option, hopefully this will work!!

All went quicker than expected and the site is back up.

Hopefully with less problems.
