Midget A forgot to order their snow chains as they fail to get out of first gear in the first two legs wining 1 frame in each.

Finally the Midget find second in the last leg but to little to late

KENNINGTON 11 - 4 (4-1,4-1,3-2)

Stats

Beefy 3/3

Milhouse 3/3

Boinky 2/3

Mark Morley 2/3

Sid (1/3) but was a little unlucky, potting the black when disturbing the balls in the 1st and having a foul called that was not called for a couple of minutes after 3 people had looked and leaned on the table they decided the ball wasn't touching the cushion and called a foul...... disbeliefdisbeliefdisbelief

We'll be need our tractor next week at the plough if this weather continues biggrinbiggrin

Beefy help me i did send the card but for some reason kev's not rec'vd it!!! I don't suppose you kept a record of wins in that game as i didn't!!! I spoke to Sid and he said he will check and phone back but hasn't!!! The annoying thing as well is i won 3/3 which puts me on 11/11 so i need the correct results in!

Take a look at the forum postings from the match I am sure I put down who won on our team so you might be able to figure out your side.

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! What the hell went wrong last night?!

Fair play to the Oracle.....you all played well and the victory was deserved. Surely you must agree though that the scoreline was a little flattering. There's no way we deserved to lose 12 - 3.......something like 9 - 6 would have been a fairer reflection I reckon.

Doesn't Tim normally e-mail a photo of the card to you? Won't that suffice?

Peachcroft COME FROM BEHIND (not once but twice) to snatch victory in battle of the clubs last night

Kennington 7 - 8 Peachcroft

Legs 4-1, 1-4 and 2-3

Kennignton romped to a 5-1 lead before being pegged back to 5-5 anf then went 2 up with 3 to play only for the last 3 frames to slip away

Keith 2/3
Boinky 3/3

Can't remember which one of the following lostin the first leg sid, Mark Morley or Carl but two of them had 1/3

Tandem 8 - 7 Oracle

I must say the standard of the Abingdon league has gone down massively. The game was played to a very low standard with Colzy probably being the best player, and thats saying something.

So sorry to keep you waiting Matty. When we win I take the result card and can post who won/lost etc but as we lost 8-7(although I offered to take it as I can scan and email it to Kev) they wanted to take it and pay for a stamp.  wink

Mr Mansell dropped it in on his way home last night..

and whilst we're on the subject; Matty whilst you seem eager to get on here and post your result you don't bother to send me a txt or email reporting your result. I'm not always in a position to check on here so from next season............

Any team not reporting their result via email, txt message or voice (direct or message left) will lose the points won in that particular match

Alright....Alright......keep your death ray in your pram!! nana.gif

Im not the captain Tim is! My apologies in advance if Tim didn't txt you? when i see him i will kick his butt......matrixfight.gif

Tim usually scans the card & sends it to you on the night? so im not sure why this wouldn't of happened this time? Im pretty sure we are quite reliable when it comes to letting you know the results & very rare if at all that we dont? (correct me if im wrong), but i agree with what you are saying teams that dont txt in as of NEXT season should lose there points.  sadangel.gif
