All,

I would like to arrange the Presentation Night for the 2009 season for the evening of Friday 12th February.  This will be at one of Cowley Road's Indian Restaurants where we can have a couple of drinks, munch on some food and enjoy a night out without having to bring our cues!

Also, winners will receive their cheques and trophies etc.

If, however the majority of people can't make this date then we'll reschedule so please let me know asap if you'd like to attend because I'll need to book somewhere.

Well how long is that going to be allowed to take?

I finished my matches by 31 December and have now been waiting a month and a half for my money!

The only option you have is to declare all outstanding games as null and void - no one gets any points.

People had until the presentation night to play them, and if they haven't played them by now then tough. This should go for all the sections. Anyone who was that keen on deciding their places woulda sorted the matches by now.

I can promise you that some of those ladies games are NEVER going to be played. One of the players lives in london, and was actually around yesterday, and I am not aware of any of that players outstanding matches being organised this weekend.

I will not wait indefinitely. Is everyone else also waiting or did some of the money get given out on Friday?

Why not txt them all and say the first person to txt back gets the cheque? that way you might stand a chance of clearing things up before 2020.
