We bowed out with another below par performance last night. Quite apt really considering that's been the standard for most of the season, despite our flying start.

It's been an enjoyable season too but sadly, it doesn't look like we'll be returning next year - you never know though!

Thanks for finding us a spot - perhaps a better team will get it next time hmm

Sadly i will not be playing Tuesday league next season either crying.gif .
I have really enjoyed the season especially meeting new players/people, maybe in the future i will make another appearance, who knows.

Thanks to Sheree for finding us a venue & slot in the league smile.

Finally got around to updating the Mile web site been away

Well done to the winners and runners-up they are

Premiership
Winners - Demos A
Runners-up George B
Most Wins Ash Ash Penny-Larter George B & Peter DeBanks Demos A 52pts

Championship
Winners - Hollybush B
Runners-up Kite A
Most Wins Stewart Clarke 40pts

Presentation night and Open Singles will be on the 19th Novemebr at the George.

Competitions please check the website as most of the finals dates have changed.

Sadly this will be my last year running the mile after 5 years, it's been great fun but due to other commitments, I can no longer continue, however i shall still be putting in team next year with my drinking buddies.

Anyone interested in taking over let me know before 19th November, I am happy to help you out for the 2011 season - however it would help if you have played in the mile league. If more than 1 person it will go to a vote at the presentaion night.
