Secretary's Resignation.

Dear All

Please accept this as formal notice of my intentions to resign from my position as secretary to OXFORD LANDLORDS INVITATION POOL LEAGUE on Friday 21st May 2010

I have decided this is the time to move on, this was not an easy decision and took alot of consideration. However i am confident that the person i have chosen for you to take control of my reigns will run the league to the best of their abilitys and apply their own new ideas which will make the league better.

While I believe that I am moving for good reasons, I am sorry to leave, and I thank you for your support during my time with the pool community, which I have found enjoyable and fulfilling.

Hi All

After careful consideration myself and the president have appointed a new secretary for OXFORD LANDLORDS INVITATION POOL LEAGUE.

We beleive this is the right choice and hope you all approve who this person is i shall of course announce the person when they can confirm they are 100% sure they are willing to take over the responsibility.

Thats a shame Jules. I've enjoyed playing in your leagues, with the excellent organisation and no-nonsense approach to rearranging matches etc. The league under you has been fair and extremely well run.

I didn't know you were looking for someone to take over or I might have volunteered wink

Mr Kinsey Was in the frame but not in a position to take control.

Mr Mcilroy Has more chance of getting a w??? of a nun and has abingdon to do.

Mr Lewis Better at watching oxford blow their chances.

Miss Venning Nope has enough on her plate with county but was considered.

I discounted sheba due to a few things....

1. Supposedly moving to Wales to be nearer sheep at some point soonish.
2. Currently running Sunday league.
3. Currently running the Singles league.

With all that going on, when would he have time to eat his Whiskers and drink his milk? let alone organise another league....

1. I'm not moving away.
2. Someone else can run the Sunday League, it's easy.
3. The Singles League pertty much runs itself.

I don't eat Whiskas, I prefer Sheba obviously.

Firstly `Manse ` you need a better nickname,  maybe `Nicolas `confuse....

Secondly ask yourself was Sheba actually kipping , your only taking his word for it ..biggrin

Lastly , dont you have to be a CURRENT premier player to be secretary

My nickname was Manse at school.  Nicholas happens to be on my county shirt and is not my nickname... Maybe thats my first name Roger?!
