As Secretary to OXFORD LANDLORDS INVITATION POOL LEAGUE it is my duty to inform all players that under the terms of our sponsorship deal with CROWN HOUSE CLUB the following is adhered to and under no circumstances should these games be played anywhere else other than the above mentioned.

Players are reminded that failing to play games at our sponsored venue will effect your prize money in the event of you winning the event.

i have 5 players on the list who have not played their games at the sponsored venue so take this as a last warning to you all.

1.       Background

·         The Oxford landlords invitation pool league has run successfully for the past 12 years in oxford and has gained numerous sponsors namely rileys and a1 pool club.

 

2.       Crown House Club will:

·         Provide £1500.00 prize money to be distributed to winners and runners up in the various sections and competitions for 1 season namely 2009-10 winter league and 2010 summer league.

·         Be the host venue for all knockout quarter finals, semi finals, and finals of various competitions run by the league.

·         They will also be the host venue for all presentation evenings including the summer singles event

 

3.       Oxford Landlords Invitation Pool League Will:

·         Retain administrative and organisational control over the league for the period of this agreement.

·         Continue to operate the league in good faith and continue to promote the league as it has in previous seasons

   

4.       Duration

·         The sponsorship agreement will be in effect from the beginning of the winter league 2009-10 until the end of the summer league 2010.
