Seeing as its the hottest topic in political circles this week, i thought it'd be interesting to see what peoples views are on what changes to bring in.

(1) The vote should only be given to those people who know "the offside rule"

This will rule out 98% of women and !00% of jocks, therefore ensuring that Labour never get in again.....
