THURSDAY 15th July 2010

SUMMER LEAGUE SINGLES COMPETITION

Open to all OLIPL Summer league players*

To Be Held at CROWN HOUSE CLUB (Crown Street)

Registration 7pm**
Start Time 7.30pm SHARP
ENTRY FEE £2.00

*Player MUST have played one league match prior to this competition

**Open to the first 64 player that register on the night

1st round and last 16 best of 3
Quarter Final best of 5

If time the Semi Final will also be played on this night

Final 9th September

Plus Semi final if not completed on the 15th July

Semi-Final Best of 7
Final Best of 9

To Be Held at CROWN HOUSE CLUB (Crown Street)

Check web site for times near the date & time for the semi's & Final

Quarters

Keith 1 - 3 Brian Caroll

Had my chance to go 2 - 1 up missed and that was that

Dan Durham v (sorry don't know who)

Winner to play Brian in semi's

Adam was playing mark reynolds

and Pete Armitage was playing Nic Green (i may have the ladt four mixed a bit due to the beer!)

Looks on paper a Brian Caroll v either Adam or Pete final but then who knows upsets can happen

Well done to everyone who turned up including a few of the lower section players! Total of 64 entries. A massive thank you to Sarah Warne for helping me out and taking charge of the draws.

Semi-Final and Final to take place on finals night 9th September

Semi-Final

Dan Durham v Brian Carroll

Adam Brown v Pete Armitage

7.30 start best of 7 followed by Final best of 9

As much as id love to see dan in the final i cant see it happening, hed have to get the run of the balls and then play well and keep his head on. Whether he'll be ablee to we shall see...
