Yeah considering 6 frames were played with my cue (3 by me and 3 by niki you had no chance - lmao biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

6 frames?! Oh christ we didnt stand a chance then!!

Yeah I did get a slice of luck with Boinky going in off...phew.

Oh and massive fair play to Wootton for doing the Oracle. Big 2 fingers to the Oracle squad to think they can beat the "little clubs" with their reserve players...!

Latest Odds: Man City AND Oralce to sign 10 players between them in January - 23/10

Now we see that after all the "you can't handle the pressure" jipes at Cross Keys came to little more than neither of you's could handle the pressure, you now start on the Oracle. Scraping the bottom of the barrel now ain't we...

Hate to say it, but Beefy's team gotta be favorites now

Firstly, its called a 'jibe', not a 'jipe'.

Secondly, it wasnt me saying about pressure, that was a certain Mr Hearne.

Thirdly, its a game of pool, in the Abingdon league, there is no pressure. I have more important things to stress about.

And lastly, I was merely having a dig at the Oracle cos I bet they didnt call their big guns Challen and Buck for the Wootton match...and it serves them right. Go on the legion. =]

Now who's biting...

Not that it's for me to defend the Oracle, but Scooby and Matty have only played in 2 matches out of 10, so they can hardly be accused of bringing in reserves for so called lesser teams.

Still you've never let the facts get in the way of a good moan... biggrin

I don't know why you're having a personal dig at me either. Our main team is me, Lewis Moss, Andy Moss, Connor Jones and was Steve Graham.
Steve doesn't want to play anymore due to work commitments and Lewis has to work some Sundays.
I don't bring the so called "big guns" in, Andy does.
I'm happy as long as we have a full team. biggrin

Steve graham doesn't wanna play because he kept getting dropped because of the big guns playing!

I know that because he's interested in joining the midget !!!

Bringing them players in and has done you no favours at all !!! :)

Nice to see the Midget are an ambitious lot, interested in signing a player with a 46% win record (interestingly, the same as the Chief and Tashy).

Obviously he can't stand the heat of competition at Oracle so is looking for a lesser team to play for, maybe an opening for a more experienced/better player there....biggrin

Hang on a minute mr Ming.........

I said he was interested in signing I never said we was gonna sign him on!!!

If anything in order for us to guarantee to win that league we would probably need one more very experianced player!

A player like yourself!!!!

Go on sign the transfer form!!!

Also when are you updating the tables???

I'd like to see how interesting they look :)

I have just noticed that at the half way stage the TOP 4 of SECTION 2 all have more points than the leading premiership team and by quite some margins in some cases !

Will it stay like this to the end of the season.........

Fitz v Kennington I think was a 9 - 6 in favour of the fitz (but don't quote me on that one)

Crown " Super subs" restore some pride after the battering the REGULAR team took last year

Crown House turn up with ALL 8 players (5 regulars and their 3 supersubs) only to drop their regular players........

Kennington B

James, Pete both 0/3
Niki
Keith, Andrew 2/3

Crown House I think

Karl Walker 3/3 (second match perhaps)
Tom Gaughan 2/3 (back from UNI forthis match....)
Ash P.L 1/3

Potter 2/3
Matty 1/2
Dan Durham 1/2

Did not play but present

Phil and Jamey,

Not bitter in any way that we lost but have to say dropping regular players for super subs in big games is right out of the Oracle school of tactics......
