It's pretty obvious why Ash isn't happy the Shelley didn't turn up.

Should be a good final though.

Indeed, Barney.  I just feel sorry for the Nelson, The North Oxford Conservative Club, and especially The Hollybush who they knocked out of the tournament in previous rounds.

I also feel sorry for Malc who had to still provide a team on the night because they couldn't be bothered to tell him they weren't showing up.

I also feel sorry for us because it would have been nice to see them beat Rose Hill so we stood a better chance of winning! wink

Cracking match. 

We were 2-0 up and 1-0 up setting the scene for a typical Rose Hill fightback.  Dayo almost missed a yellow which hung in the jaws for an eternity before dropping that would have handed us the match.  An hour later we were shaking their hands after an uncharactaristically cautious Nathan finally won after a dogged battle with Phil Hearne.

I'm proud of that performance after such a dreaful season in the league.

Unlucky Ash - nice to get a win over Streety tho! I hoped to make it down when Malc mentioned it on Monday but simply didn't have time. 

Surprised you didn't have Nicki playing... she might have tipped the balance in your favour.
