And just for beefy thanx for the text ,i have looked at the rules below and yes your right it is customary to buy a drink ,so when i do see my player in question i will have a word in his ear, could you do the same to your player i played as he turned up to play pool with no money resulting in myself not getting a drink ,what good team mates you lot are you could of lent him a couple of quid but i suppose you didnt know he was skint ,but on the whole i would say were quits on this occasion happy days.

b) In league matches it is customary for the losing player in each match to offer their opponent a drink (usually half a pint), as a sporting gesture for having beaten them.

Name & Shame the pathetic excuse, bet he's a County 'C' player....

Actually he did mention it to me at the start and I did say to him IF HE LOST I would lend him the couple of quid - he didn't ask me so I assumed he didn't need it. Emma for FTR was discussing it with him whilst she was playing as she happened to hear the conversation between the person involved and she even suggested he just say before the game not to play for a drink - so I assumed as he didn't ask me afterwards thats what happened.

So as far as Good team mates are concerned I HAD ALREADY offered to do that, so your assumption was INCORRECT and why didn't you mention it to me - oh sorry you probably told JULIAN - LOL

b) In league matches it is customary for the losing player in each match to offer their opponent a drink (usually half a pint), as a sporting gesture for having beaten them.but if your skint,or on benifits,no job and cant buy a drink on the night then the player shouldnt be drinking and he/she should let the opponent know before play commences

A few things that could or should be added to the buying a drink rule
Feel free to add anything i may have missed ,im sure there is ,MING,MALC LOL

Dirty SCROUNGERS shouldn't be allowed in the League or maybe let them have their own Section.

Tonites Big Match; Riley's "I'm a poor wee student" 'A' vs Riley's "Ma Giro an't arrived yet" 'B'

We had a good result for once winning 4(5)-1 against A1 'B'.  Jaz took Jimmy all the way, I somehow struggled over the line against Dan and Rob potted the black early on in one frame, so the score flattered us a little.

The Jimbo express train continued though as he made short work of What-What, 2-0!
