Please note the following teams have qualified for the national finals:

Mens A

You should all receive in the next day or so a message from your team manager.
Of course any players whose team did not qualify are still very welcome to attend - you can still enter the singles! I will still be attending

Youth players will receive a letter in the next few days.

Accomodation is £50 per person for the weekend. There is no team entry cost. Singles entry is on top and is payable in cash on the weekend itself.

Caravans are available as a 6-berth or 8-berth. The minimum number of occupants for each is 4 for a 6-berth and 5 for an 8-berth. If any van is under occupied, you will have to pay a further £25 for each unocciped space (up to the minimum number of occupants) i.e. if 2 people want a van to themselves this will costs a total of £150 (£50 + £50 + £25*2)

Please organise who you want to share with amongst yourselves, or if you have no preference then let Adam Brown know and he will allocate you a van.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer. 

Bank transfer is the preferred method. Adam will forward you the bank details for making a payment at your request.

You MUST make sure any bank transfer includes your name as a payment reference so we can identify whose money has been received.

Cheques should be made out to OCPF and handed to Adam Brown or Keith Hollis ONLY.

The deadline for payment is

Sunday 13th February

The same day as the AGM and county championship. If you have not paid by then you may not be able to attend. Please make your arrangements ASAP.
