Presentation Night

With the league now finished, and the knockout competitions in their latter stages, I would like to advise you that the trophy presentation night will be on Monday 1^st August at The Crown House Club, hopefully following the Singles Knockout Finals. If you're collecting trophies make sure you're there for 9pm, but why not come down earlier to see the Singles final(s) from 7.00pm?

Trophies will be available for winners and runners-up in the both the league, and all knockout competitions, and also for Jamey Street, Malc Lewis, Jez Thompson and John Kinsey who won the race for the most wins trophies. Trophies will also be presented to Jaz Venning, Charli Viner and Conny Meisenberg for winning the ladies most wins, as well as for the Speed Pool Team Winners and Runners-up.

Please note that at least one representative from your team must be present on the presentation night in order to collect any trophies you may have won. There are a total of six trophies per team, but additional ones can be ordered, with adequate notice, if you pay for them.

Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM will take place at the Rose Hill Social Club on Tuesday 7^th June 2011 from 8:00pm.  Anybody wishing to propose a motion should email me with details at mondit@tiscali.co.uk with at least 7 days notice of the above date. 

The positions of Secretary, Treasurer and Chairman are up for election.  I have nominations for two positions from within the Commitee; Jaz Venning for Secretary, and Ash Fletcher for Treasurer. Anyone else interested in these positions should write to me with at least 7 days notice giving details of why you are interested.  There may also be other general committee member positions available - for more details give me a ring on 07711 846 958.
