There is a new Ladies tournament taking place in Newbury this Saturday.

 
£10 Entry for all entrants. Based on 16 Entrants there will be a group format (4 groups of 4) to guaranteed a decent amount of frames per player throught the day. This will be a Non-Handicapped tournament. Starting at 11am. taking names for registration from 10am. Please ring Mark Alexander on 07768146586 with any enquiries involving this event. This tournament is strictly for Ladies ONLY!!

Myself, Kate and Loz are all going so far - any other oxford girls interested??

Shelly is also coming along now and a frame against jimmy white has also been added to the winning prize aswell as money. 2 frames maybe up for grabs depending on the number of entries.

Congratulations Kate for getting to the final!!

Kate's clearance off her opposition's break in the deciding frame of the quarters was pretty sick!!

Lorraine also got to the semi biggrin well done the oxford girlies!!

I understand the bite from this kind of spider is quite deadly unless you are lucky enough to have an antidote with you.

I think the answer is maybe - they were going to give a frame to both winner and runner-up up if there were 16 entrants. There were 15... Kate will have to wait and see methinks!!
