We don't brag about winning the league title as our team is mostly made up of inexperienced/lady players, who for the most part punch above their weight

You in the other hand, are sooooooooooooooooo desperate to win... no or will next year be the first time where you won't ask "el capitano fantastico" to play for you  biggrin

Good atmosphere at the Oracle too tonight as we had both our teams there for a change.

The 'B' team won 6-5 and my 'A' team won against Abingdon RBL 'B' 9-2.

I am curious last year it was top 8 into main event, next 8 into the plate and the rest were knocked out.

The way the table is grouped it looks like there are 3 sections this year ?

A fair result I think.

It's good to see that medieval entertainment is being revived - by that I mean the performance from the court jester, which took place for most of the evening wink

Marlboro stay on Track...

A missed easy black cost the League leaders a 10-0 victory at lowly Railway Inn 'B' and had to settle for a 9-2 win. It also cost the culprit his spot in the team as the Captain's ruthless selection policy continues...

The girlies continue to impress as some of the boys are still kicking their heals on the subs bench...

Kev "Ming" McIlroy 2-0 Dan Porter

Dawn "French and" Saunders 2-0 Darrel Elford

Damien "666" Shaw 2-0 Chris Tame

David "chubby" Brown 1-2 Mick Burton

Loz "enge" Owen 2-0 Steve Reynolds
