Hi
How do i find out information about selsey this year?
What are the dates? How it all works i.e bookings etc !!
Is there a website i can visit for more info on selsey?
Sorry for all the questions but as its my first selsey finals this year i only know bits of info from talking to others who have been there before any info about it would be great
Thanks
We had a committee meeting about this last Thursday, and are just waiting for the mens managers to manage to clarify their teams.
You will be contacted by your team managers with full details in the next couple of days.
WHO? The teams who have qualified are Mens A, B & C, Seniors A, Ladies A and Youth A, B & C.
Any of the players may bring non-playing family or friends who wish to come. Likewise any OCPF members whose teams have not qualified are still very welcome to attend. If so please notify Browny ASAP and ensure you pay for all your group by deadline below.
WHEN? The deadline for payment of money is Sunday 5th February. This coincides with Timmsy's memorial at Crown House so if you haven't paid before then, the tournament is your last chance to hand money to Browny for your Selsey stay. Otherwise you wont be going!!!
HOW MUCH? £50 each (covers team entry and accomodation)
Unless you have purposefully chosen to have less than the minimum number in your van and thus will need to pay an additional subsidy. The minimum is 4 people in a 6 berth van or 5 people in an 8 berth van
WHICH VAN? You are free to arrange caravans between yourselves, and once you have your van settled please notify Adam Brown.
Alternatively let Adam know you are looking for a van and he will find you one to share.
HOW DO I PAY? The best way to pay is by bank transfer (online banking yeah?) If so you must put your name in the reference line for the payment so Keith knows who has paid him!
Alternatively give cheque or cash to Adam Brown [07851208350].
Anyone requiring the OCPF bank details send me or Browny a text and we will share them with you. I just don't want to post them on a public forum [07977449174]
I've paid already - what are the rest of you waiting for!
Any chance we can have caravans in the same county this year!?
Yeah last year was a joke. I think we should do a lot this time as they owe us one - we were promised that last year. That why we are demanding ALL MONEY in by 5 Feb so we have a chance of getting better vans.
I saw something on the national facebook feed about them not publishing the groups beforehand incase teams don't like the group they're in and dont go!! However unlikely that scenario may be, I expect we'll get them when we arrive.
