FORUM CLOSING ON 14th JANUARY

Please note the following positions will be up for election at the 2012 AGM. Current position holder shown in brackets

Mens Manager (Adam Brown, restanding)
Mens Assistant Manager (Ash Penny-Larter, restanding)
Ladies Manager (Nicki Hoskins, restanding)
Youth Manager (Justine Houseman, will be vacant)
Social Representative (Carrie Francombe, will be vacant)

Additionally there will be re-election for Senior B captain (currently Andy Moss following departure of Shelly James). This position will however remain a non-committee position.

Where I am currently uncertain if the current incumbent intends to restand, I have indicated they will be restanding. Please let me know if these are incorrect.

Anyone, including the incumbent holder, wishing to stand for any of the aforementioned positions should contact the OCPF Secretary prior to the nomination closing date: midnight on Sunday 18^th March 2012.

If no nominations are received for positions up for re-election and the incumbent holder is standing for re-election, or where only one nomination is received, said person will be automatically elected/re-elected. Where two or more candidates are standing, an election for said position will take place at the AGM.

Where no nominations are received by the close of nominations date, then the position will become vacant prior to the AGM and nominations for the vacant positions will be accepted up to 5 minutes prior to the AGM.

The names of candidates will be posted on the web by Tuesday 20^th March 2012.

Motions for consideration at AGM

Any current OCPF member may propose a motion for consideration at the AGM.

The motion must be received by the Secretary before midnight on Sunday 18^th March. Motions should be in writing/email and contain a proposer and seconded by another member. The current committee may at their discretion permit motions received late.

Motions will also be posted on the forum by 20th March.

The following committee position has received two nominees and therefore will be subject to a vote at the AGM:

The following committe positions are uncontested and thus the named person will take up the position/continue their role from the AGM

This position has received no nominations, and thus we will continue to accept nominations up to 5 minutes before the start of the AGM.

Motions for consideration at AGM

There have been two venue proposals received, from the Crown House and Rileys. They will therefore be a vote on this at the AGM. Further details of the proposals may be posted on the forum in due course when I have obtained the appropriate permission.
