hi..WHAT IS THE PENALTY FOR NOT SENDING THE MATCH CARD BY THE WINNING TEAM ON TIME??.CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE CONFIRM WHO GETS PENALISED!!.IS IT BOTH TEAMS OR JUST THE WINNERS..PS I AM LED TO BELIEVE IT IS A 1 POINT DEDUCTION;;CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND IF I AM CORRECT OR NOT,,,,THANKYOU............................................
