Yeah as far as we know its closed until further notice?
its a dispute with Landlord vs Green king & the contract between them (according to the Landlord on facebook).

There are many different rumours flying about as to why its closed, so its not been trashed by gypo's as i was recently informed.... lol

If im honest the vibe is it will stay closed??? who knows ??

Well, I've been putting this off in the hope of a miracle, but it seems the Abingdon rumour mill is in overdrive so for the record a statement is needed - most of the rumours I have heard are not wholly accurate and it seems only fair to everyone that I clarify the situation.
Unfortunately, unless Greene King decide to offer a more acceptable deal, it looks highly likely that I will be leaving The... Keys. The issue we are having is in regard to the financial arrangement between us and the way this will move forward into the future. We are still in discussions so there is a chance things will go well but it is not looking likely.
This situation is ultimately my problem and I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to everyone who uses The Keys, and has supported me, for letting them down.
It has nothing to do with the way the business has been running or the events we have held so thank you again for the loyal support you have all shown in supporting everything we have been involved in.
I shall stay in contact on here and keep you all updated as to the situation and the future - although at present I cannot tell you much. We are still discussing options and to date no mention has been made of anyone taking over the pub.
For the immediate future the pub will remain closed until further notice.
Once again - thank you and sorry.

I don't recall blaming the table for any defeats although the table and walls do effect my style of play.

Shame to see an other pub closed but I for one will not miss having to play a match on that table.

Rileys served up Tuna Rolls, Nachoes with beef chili and another portion of salsa and cheese, peperoni pizza and chips........how times change
