Indeed, i have a box of chips to go there with as there are always a few games going on

I run comps in Kennington on a monthly basis.

I am going to speak to Jimmy about maybe holding a comp in aid of the team at Colours one day.

Although, if anyone knows of a venue that would like to hold a comp, i will be happy to run it.

This subject became a bit amusing as they were running comps at Selsey in the main complex but according to people who entered from our squad they were amatuers !

Who lost money in these badly run comps then ?

I didn't enter any of the ones in the main hall but we had a few games amoungst ourselves.

On the first day lets just say that Lee "on the river card" Brown-John didn't do too badly!!

Jezz "I've got a pocket pair" Thompson won a few..

and on the last night......... Nathan " ALL IN" Ball, won a game!!!!

Was a good crack though!

Millhouse, if you're a poker fan then you should check out the new County Poker Venue @ the power station social club its called the palace of cards or something like that.
It's got some top quality players there including 7 proffessionals and a lady that was heads up against Gus Hansen in a European Poker Tour Tourney!

I think they might have, I haven't actually looked for it but on google it'll probably show up with something.

The bars really nice state of the art and it's got all bottled beers and coors on tap.
The venue really nice aswell it's sort of layed out like a casino with the red carpet as you enter.

If I find the site I'll let you know.
