I bet nobody can beat my record, I passed my driving test the first time the day before I was 6!
I couldn't quite manage to follow in Barney's footsteps unfortunately, so won't be able to help out Malc with some lifts yet! Only 4 minor faults too, so clearly it must have been my instructors fault? Eh, God?

How many minor faults are you allowed then - Oh dear was God training you

You're allowed loads of 'minor' ones, but unfortunately no 'major' ones. I managed to brush the kerb when I reverse parked and also failed to properly observe a woman who was stood on the kerb waiting to cross over the road as I turned left. They were both classed as 'major'.
No wonder the standard of driving is slipping if they let you make loads of mistakes on a test !

Kind of Ironic really as the easiest way to reverse park in a parrellel space between two parked cars is to hit the kerb and then shunt the wheels around until your in - shame they don't allow that approach on a driving test !
Failed to properly observe a woman who was stood on the kerb waiting to cross over the road as I turned left.
Sorry don't get this one correct me if I am wrong but you would have had right of way (being on the road) unless she was standing on a Zebra crossing (Pedestrian has right of way) or pelican crossing and the light changed and again you are expected to stop as the pedestrian has right of way.
what did the examiner expect you to do stop, potentialy cause a hazzard and let her cross the road while you waited.
Sounds like Jay walking to me !
Would like to hear Gods view on this one
