Games arcade and other new features

I've updated the forum a bit and have now included a games forum where all of us can compete in something other than pool (perhaps that way I'll do a bit better!).

There's a total of 15 games, varying from authentic Arcade classics, such as Pacman, Space Invaders and Donkey Kong, to memory games like Simon Says, as well as examples of puzzle and action games. Best of all, the top scores are saved for forum members - so we can really see who has the best 'all-round' game. I've set a few topscores which shouldn't take much beating!

To access the Arcade click the button on the banner bar at the top of the forum page.

To this same banner bar, I've also added a Calendar, and a recent posts tab.

Simon says is the easiest game in the world you don't need a brain for that one just a pencil and a bit of paper and several hours to get bored in !

I understand the bite from this kind of spider is quite deadly unless you are lucky enough to have an antidote with you.

If you play Simon Says in the true spirit of the game, then it does require a brain. I knew that one would be open to some 'cheating' (though Ramrod swears he hasn't) - but I think all the other games are a true test of skill!

I've added the fixtures and draws for the Monday league through to the end of the season on the Calendar.

Hopefully the other league Secretaries will follow suit.

Thats a great idea Ash maybe we could go one further and someone could put in the county fixtures, competitions etc

I havn't!  what would be the point? yea you'd have the top score but you would know yourself that you cheated, if i knew someone was cheating, id be watching them like a hawk next time i played them at pool!!!!


p.s,  bring it on Tom! everytime you overtake my score i'll be above you again within 24 hours!
